inspirations

Little things in life, little moments in life.
Those are the things I find most interesting.
These are some of those little moments that I found precious.

Tier Drop

Tiered skirts are the "it" skirts for this season!
They are so young, hit, and fresh I just want to wear them everyday.
Usually, they are made out of light silk, chiffon, or heavy silk satin fabric.
You can wear them in many ways: with a tank top, blouse, sweater, leggings, etc.
The above collection is from Jason Wu's Spring/ Summer 2012, I just love how it is so whimsical, light, and airy. It's like a breath of fresh air.

fur real?

Fur is always a necessity here in New York! It definitely keeps you warm for this blistering cold weather! I love the 20's and 70's inspired long fur coats. The Christian Louboutin fur accessories are to die for.... they spice up any plain outfit because they are a statement piece on its own!
I really gotta start saving up... heheh

Sequins Me

Sequins!!!
I remember the first time I was really was into sequins was in 7th grade! I use to carry
around those bags with sequins all over them, and by the end of the day
half of those sequins would end up in the hallways...poor janitors...
Anyway I now LOVE sequins tops, dresses, skirts, and those glam jackets <3
Especially since it's so close to the holidays sequins is making a big hit right now!
So I suggest you go get those sequins you've been eyeing for that Christmas party coming up soon ;)

Pleats Please

An exploration of pleats in dresses and architecture. I put these two together because their colors and styles were very similar! I love how I can find fashion inspirations other than just fashion, but also out in the streets. The soft pleating of the wood panels or the brick walls express the patterns on the dresses so perfectly, you would think that they were made for each other.
